We ship Nationwide!
You can get a taste of Heaven no matter what state you are in. We take great pride in baking our cakes and serving you a taste from Heaven, whether you are a first-time customer or a repeat customer. We will make sure your taste is a heavenly experience. Our cake packages are shipped via UPS ground to all 50 states. You can receive a shipping quote online once you have placed items in your shopping cart and proceed to check out. Due to the perishability of our products, we are unable to forward your order if an incorrect address is given. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Transit times for ground shipping are estimates provided by UPS but are not guaranteed. Most orders arrive in 1 to 3 days after being picked up by UPS.
Shipping Schedule:
We are honored that you chose Dee-Licious Pound Cakes to bake your homemade pound cake for your special person. We take pride in baking your cakes and we want to make sure that you receive your cake in time for your special day. To ensure that your cake is baked and shipped with care, we are only able to take online orders for the following week. For local pick up, please allow 72-hour notice to bake your cake. If you need your cake sooner, please give us a call at (513) 770-0947.
We ship Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday with cakes arriving in 1-3 days. All orders ship on the evening of your ship date. Every effort is made to bake your cake within 72 hours of your cake order.
Holidays:
Please order your cakes at least 2 weeks in advance for Holidays to ensure delivery for the Holiday. We tend to get very busy during the Holidays and we want to ensure you have your pound cakes in time to enjoy for the Holiday! Please note that we do not ship and there are no deliveries on: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
Local pick up:
We offer local pick up at our Mason, Ohio office on Monday – Friday by appointment only. You will need to indicate on your order if you would like to pick up your cake. Please indicate your desired day and time for pick up. You will receive a confirmation date and time for pick up. For local pick up, please allow 72-hour notice to bake your cake. If you need your cake sooner, please give us a call at (513) 770-0947. Please apply the code LOCAL to indicate local pick up.
Refund Policy:
Due to the perishability of our products, all items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, our Customer Support team will work with you to determine an appropriate solution. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] to resolve the issue within 3 days of delivery.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Sales Tax:
We collect applicable sales taxes of 7% for non food items.
How to place an order:
Select your design: house shaped; heart shaped; rose shaped, cut crystal traditional shaped; 3-Tiered heart shaped; 4—miniature pound cakes (all 4 mini must be in the same flavor)
Instructions when placing your cake order:
- Select Flavor: Sour Cream, Chocolate, or Cream Cheese
- Select the Quantity
- Click “Add to cart”, and repeat for other flavors.
- Once your have completed all of your ordering, select “View Cart”.
At Check Out, indicate if the cake is a gift—add gift message for gift recipient.
At Check Out, Please specify special requests in the “Order notes” section.
Ingredients & Allergens:
All products contain wheat, eggs, and dairy & chocolate cake contains soybean. Due to the baking process, all products may come in contact with nut products.
